Who we are

Estovix provides software that real estate agencies use to manage listings, leads and client conversations. This policy covers this website (https://estovix.com) and the Estovix service. Contact: hello@estovix.com.

This website

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
• If you use the contact form we receive what you type (name, agency, email, phone, message) and use it only to reply to you.

The Estovix service

Agencies that use Estovix decide what data they store — for example property details, owner and client contact details, and messages. For that data the agency is the controller and Estovix processes it on their behalf, only to provide the service.

• Paying agencies run on their own private server and database.
• Data is sent to third parties only when the agency connects them (for example Property Finder, Meta or WhatsApp).
• We do not sell personal data.

Keeping and deleting data

Enquiries sent through this website are kept for as long as we are in contact and then deleted. Agency data is kept while the agency's account is active and deleted when the agency asks or the account is closed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it by writing to hello@estovix.com. If your details are held by an agency that uses Estovix, contact that agency first; we will help them answer you.

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
