Terms of service

The service

Estovix is software for real estate agencies, provided by Estovix. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your agency.

Free trial

• The trial lasts 30 days and needs no payment details.
• Importing listings from Property Finder and bulk listing are not available during the trial.
• When the trial ends the account becomes read-only until a plan is chosen.
• Trial accounts that are not converted may be deleted after notice.

Your data

Your agency owns the data it puts into Estovix. You are responsible for having the right to store and use it, including client and owner contact details, and for how you contact people through connected channels such as WhatsApp.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, spam or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Follow the rules of the services you connect, such as Property Finder and Meta.
• Do not try to access another agency's data or disrupt the service.

Paid plans

Plan prices, billing period and what is included are agreed in writing before you subscribe.

Liability

We work hard to keep Estovix available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Estovix is not liable for indirect losses such as lost deals or profits.
